.DISCUSSION...An upper level trough to the northwest of the area
will maintain a deep diurnal coastal stratus layer for the
overnight hours through tomorrow. This will keep today`s high
temperature cooler than normal and maintain a higher RH value for
the near coastal Klamath River Valley. Gusty northwest winds are
also anticipated each afternoon through the end of the week and
into the weekend. As an upper level ridge edges into the region
tomorrow and into the weekend, conditions will become more dry and
temperatures will warm back above average.
