.DISCUSSION...Overnight recovery RH values up to 40% this morning.
Northeast winds easing from 6-8mph to 3-2mph by the late morning,
turning southeast around noon. Winds veer westerly by the late afternoon
and build to 7-9mph around 5pm and easing by sunset out of the NNW at 1-2mph.
High today of 81-82F with a minimum RH of 20-22%. Winds veer ENE overnight into
Wednesday at 5-6mph with RH recovery values ranging 32-40%. Winds switch to a westerly
bearing by late morning, building from 1-3mph in the afternoon and up to 5mph by the
early evening. Minimum RH values Wednesday around 15-17% and a high temp of 85-87F.
