and upslope/upvalley winds around 3 to 6 mph with possible gusts
to 15 mph. Westerly and northwesterly transport winds with mixing
heights increasing to 2200 to 2700 feet AGL with daytime heating
today and Thursday. Overnight humidity recoveries generally good
after winds decouple and become light.
