.DISCUSSION...High pressure will begin to build in today, pushing
out marine influence. Highs will exceed 75 with RH dropping near
35 percent. Winds will be generally light and terrain driven. The
heat will aid in high mixing heights, though transport wind
directions shifting throughout the day may weaken smoke transport.
Building thermal belts will worsen overnight RH recovery.
Conditions will continue to become unseasonably warm and dry into
the weekend.
