.DISCUSSION...A calm morning will give way to a breezy afternoon with
northerly general winds mixing down to the burn site as the atmosphere
is unstable. Daytime temperatures will be cooler around 80F and RH
values are expected to bottom out near 30%. Due to the alignment of the
burn site with the south fork of the Trinity and the general flow, wind
gusts could get as high as 15-20mph during the afternoon. Overnight RH
values will build to 75% or so, even with the elevated terrain. Calm winds
are expected overnight.
