southerly and near calm just before midnight, lasting until late morning building to 2mph or
so before reaching 10-11mph out of the SSE before noon and easing before sunset. High temp Wed.
of 96-98F with a minimum RH of 21%. Winds overnight into late night Wed into Thurs morning
calm to light and variable. Overnight recovery RH values range 37%-79% into Thursday morning.
Winds build by late morning 2-3mph out of the south, strengthening by the afternoon to 6-8mph
out of the WSW, easing to 3mph out of the west by sunset. High temp Thursday 99-100F with a
minimum RH of 17-18%.
