.NOW...Patchy, dense fog has developed overnight, mainly around
Humboldt Bay and in the Eel River Delta. This fog is expected to
lift by mid to late morning. Expect rapid changes in visibility as
low a 1/8 mile in the patchy fog. This will impact many areas of
highway 101. Use low beams and allow extra time to reach your
destination.
