...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL HUMBOLDT COUNTY UNTIL
730 PM PDT...

At 703 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Pepperwood, or over Grizzly Creek Redwoods State Park, moving west at
15 mph.

HAZARD...Pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Grizzly Creek Redwoods State Park, Rio Dell, Pepperwood, Carlotta,
  Scotia, Shively and Hydesville.

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
