Total snow accumulations between 12 and 17 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Northern Trinity county. Hwy 3 at Scott Mountain pass may be impacted. * WHEN...From Saturday morning through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
