...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY MORNING THROUGH
MONDAY AFTERNOON ABOVE 5,000 FEET...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible above 5,000 feet. Total snow
  accumulations between 12 and 17 inches possible. Winds could gust
  as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Trinity county. Hwy 3 at Scott Mountain pass may
  be impacted.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely
  become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult to
  impossible. Tire chains may be necessary if travelling through
  mountain passes. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees
  and power lines.
