DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Nineteen-E was located near latitude 15.3 North, longitude 124.6 West. The depression is moving toward the east near 14 mph (22 km/h), and this motion is expected to continue during the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. The depression could become a remnant low later today before dissipating by Friday. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
