Northwestern El Paso County in western Texas... * Until 830 PM MDT. * At 727 PM MDT, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 8 miles southwest of White Sands National Park to 4 miles southwest of Sunland Park, moving west at 30 mph. HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes the following highways... Interstate 10 in New Mexico between mile markers 111 and 164. Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 1 and 26. Interstate 25 in New Mexico between mile markers 1 and 25.
