Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Above average moisture will create efficient rainmakers this afternoon as thunderstorms develop across the high terrain. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the Southern Gila Highlands and Black Range.
