Central Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico... * Until 600 PM MDT. * At 405 PM MDT, Thunderstorms were producing torrential rainfall over the Dona Ana Mountains. These storms will slowly drift towards the valley, and runoff is expected to inundate several low water crossings along upper portions of Del Rey Boulevard, La Reina Road, and Goat Hill Road. Flood prone areas in the community of Hill may also be impacted. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area.
