outflow boundary from the east will shift winds this evening with
poor to fair overnight recovery. Modestly breezy west winds for
Monday, becoming moderately breezy Tuesday. Critically dry fuels,
very low humidity, and breezy winds result in near critical fire
danger on Tuesday. Temperatures will be hot through the week.
