.DISCUSSION...
Our latest storm system is beginning to exit the region this afternoon
and evening, with some lingering trailing showers and storms continuing
into the late afternoon, early evening hours. The region got widespread
wetting rain, and that will help to keep relative humidity elevated for
the forseeable future. Friday and Saturday will be fair weather dry
days, ahead of the next Pacific storm. Temperatures will be cool and
near seasonal normals, winds will be lighter, and Rh will be elevated.
Late Saturday, through Sunday afternoon, the next storm system swings
through, with another chance at widspread showers and high elevation
snow. Rain and snow amounts likely less than 0.50"/3" respectively.
Next week looks dry, with seasonal temperatures, healthy RH, and light
winds.
