.DISCUSSION...
Temperatures will top out above normal this afternoon with minimum
RH values in the 20s. By afternoon, scattered thunderstorms will
develop in the mountains before shifting into the lowlands during
the late afternoon and evening hours. Increasing moisture will
lead to strong overnight recoveries tonight. Winds throughout the
day today will be light, except around thunderstorms, with fair to
good vent rates.
