Today will see scattered storms developing this afternoon, favoring
northern areas. Moisture levels remain well above normal, so storms
will be capable of producing heavy rainfall. Light winds today
outside of gusty outflows, shifting south-southwest for the
afternoon. Storm chances decrease on Sunday, favoring eastern areas.
Mainly dry conditions expected thereafter. Temperatures will be cool
today, then rebounding to slightly above normal by midweek.
