.DISCUSSION...
Elevated fire danger through Saturday due to critical min RHs each
afternoon. A backdoor front will push through southern New Mexico
during the overnight hours tonight switching winds easterly
becoming breezy as it pushes through, especially for west facing slopes.
Moisture pushes in behind the front bringing max RHs tonight to 40 to
90 percent. Best moisture will be in the Sacramento Mountains and east of
the Rio Grande. Slight chances of rain exists tomorrow for the area
mountains and portions of the lowlands east of the Rio Grande. Gusty
outflow winds up to 50 mph from thunderstorms possible tomorrow.
Low end chances of thunderstorms continues to exist in the mountains
Friday and Saturday, but expecting mostly dry conditions Friday.
