.DISCUSSION...
Deep westerly flow will continue to dry out the region. Poor relative
humidity recoveries tonight and tomorrow. Minimum RHs across the lowlands
Thursday will range from 6-11%. Lowland temperatures will run up to 7 degrees
above normal for Thursday. Winds will prevail from the
northwest at 5-10 mph. No rain is expected for the region Thursday,
but returning moisture on Friday will give some relief to the
low RHs. Isolated showers and thunderstorms are expected this weekend,
especially in the Sacramento Mountains. Strong outflow winds and lightning are
possible with these storms.
