.DISCUSSION...
Upper level storm that brought light snow to the area has departed,
leaving clear skies and a cooler air mass in its wake with highs
several degrees below normal today. Dry air will continue to push
in, leading to min RH values near 30%. Winds today will be light
and variable with some influence from terrain. These light winds
and stable conditions will lead to poor venting along with changes
in smoke transport direction. The forecast for Friday looks
similar to today but with a more consistent smoke transport
direction and slightly warmer.
