.DISCUSSION...

For the rest of today, light and variable winds will shift westerly
and increase to about 10 mph. Temperatures will be seasonably cool
with poor mixing and ventilation expected this afternoon. Winds
subside but remain westerly tonight with good overnight RH recovery.
For Wednesday, winds become modestly breezy during the afternoon
from the west with improved mixing and ventilation. A storm system
clips the region Wednesday night, bringing a slight chance (10-20%)
of light rain or snow showers. Temperatures stay on the cool side
for the rest of the week with dry conditions from Thursday onward.
Vent rates will be poor after Wednesday.
