Drier conditions will move in across the area today. Min RH values this
afternoon will drop to 25 to 30 percent with temperatures in the upper
60s. Winds will be light at 2-4 mph and variable or terrain/drainage
driven through the morning hours. Winds will become southwest at 7 to
12 mph with gusts to 15 to 20 mph. Smoke ventilation rates will be poor
during the morning, becoming good in the afternoon as mixing heights
increase.
