.DISCUSSION...

A broad west coast high pressure ridge will keep weather across the
Sacramento mountains, and east slopes, fair, dry, and mild. Today`s
light east winds, cooler temperatures, and elevated min RH will reverse
tomorrow, as the front washes out to allow for a return of NW winds,
moderate warming, and lowering of RH. However, all those changes will
be subtle, with only minimal to marginal changes. Temperatures will
trend warmer, as RH trends lower through the week. Winds will generally
stay light, with light slope and valley winds dominating. With the high
pressure over the region, mixing heights will be fairly low, and
transport winds relatively light, keeping ventilation poor to fair most
days.
