.DISCUSSION...
Light and variable winds and cold temperatures early this morning,
but breezy easterly winds will develop when the inversion breaks,
most likely after 10 AM. East winds could gust around 25 mph at
times this afternoon. Vent rates will be favorable.
Winds will become lighter towards sunset, but will increase again
in the evening, with increasing cloud cover and scattered rain
showers. Snow may mix in towards dawn. Lighter WSW winds will
prevail on Sunday with shower chances diminishing through the
morning. Ventilation will continue to be favorable.
