            Delayed report. Social media video showed
            deep flooding across the wide, low-lying
            mouth of Redrock Canyon, just before it
            reaches the Gila River. Geolocated video
            showed flood waters reached a road grader
            750 feet from the main arroyo channel
            (horizontally). Flooding made roads north
            and west of the Gila River Bridge on Game
            Dept Road impassable. The bulk of the rain
            fell well upstream of this area.
