...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT MDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central New Mexico and southwest
  Texas.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to midnight MDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
