...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON MONDAY TO 9 PM MDT
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Temperatures around 105 expected in El Paso, up to 107 in
  the Lower Valley.

* WHERE...Eastern/Central El Paso County, Rio Grande Valley of
  Eastern El Paso/Western Hudspeth Counties, Rio Grande Valley of
  Eastern Hudspeth County, and Western El Paso County.

* WHEN...From noon Monday to 9 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The Heat Advisory may need to be extended
  through midweek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
