730 PM MDT...

At 652 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Truth or Consequences, moving south at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Truth or Consequences, City of Elephant Butte, Palomas, Williamsburg,
Ash Canyon, Hot Springs Landing, Lower Palomas Canyon, Elephant Butte
Lake, and Lions Beach.

This includes Interstate 25 in New Mexico between mile markers 66 and
79.
