...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL GRANT COUNTY
THROUGH 315 PM MDT...
At 244 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles southwest of Gila Hot Springs, moving south at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Gila Hot Springs, Meadow Creek, Copperas Vista, Sapillo Creek Valley,
and Portions of the Gila Wilderness.
