...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN OTERO...SOUTH
CENTRAL DONA ANA AND NORTHWESTERN EL PASO COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 PM
MDT...

At 953 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an outflow boundary
produced by thunderstorms over Santa Teresa, moving south at 25 mph
towards the El Paso area. Another storm was over western part of El
Paso.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Along with the gusty winds, blowing dust
         could reduce visibilities along and behind the gust front.

Locations impacted include...
West El Paso, Central El Paso, East El Paso, Northeast El Paso, Far
East El Paso, Mission Valley, Horizon City, Santa Teresa, Sunland
Park, Canutillo, San Elizario, Westway, Fort Bliss, Vinton, Socorro,
La Union, Sparks, Union Pacific Intermodal Terminal, Agua Dulce, and
Biggs Field.
