...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN OTERO...
SOUTHEASTERN DONA ANA AND EL PASO COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM MDT...

At 318 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles northeast of Chaparral, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

West El Paso, East El Paso, Central El Paso, Northeast El Paso, Far
East El Paso, Mission Valley, Chaparral, Clint, Horizon City, Santa
Teresa, Vado, Las Cruces, Anthony, Sunland Park, Anthony Gap, NMSU
Main Campus, Canutillo, Berino, San Elizario, and Mesilla.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 10 in New Mexico between mile markers 136 and 164.
 Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 1 and 42.
 Interstate 25 in New Mexico between mile markers 3 and 4.
 Highway 54 in New Mexico between mile markers 1 and 25.
