  Central El Paso County in western Texas...

* Until 1015 PM MDT.

* At 927 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles southwest
  of San Elizario, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  East El Paso, Far East El Paso, Mission Valley, Clint, Horizon
  City, Fabens, San Elizario, Socorro, Sparks, Agua Dulce, Dairyland,
  Lake Way Estates, and Colonia del Paso.

This includes Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 31 and 46.
