EXPIRE AT 900 PM MDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However,
gusty winds to 50 mph are still possible with this thunderstorm,
along with blowing dust. A blowing dust warning remains in effect
until 930 PM for much of northwestern Otero County.
