...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Locally heavy rainfall could lead to flash flooding across
  portions of south central Texas. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches
  with isolated amounts of 7 to 9 inches are possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
  counties, Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall,
  Kerr, Kinney, Llano, Real, Travis, Uvalde, Val Verde and
  Williamson.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high
  and could flood with more heavy rain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
