The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of south central Texas,
including the following areas, Bandera, Bexar, Blanco, Burnet,
Comal, Edwards, Gillespie, Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Llano, Medina, Real,
Travis, Uvalde, Val Verde and Williamson.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being
cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
  counties, Dimmit, Maverick and Zavala.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
  flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Locally heavy rainfall rates with 1 to 2 inches per hour
    within any stronger cells.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
