Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving cold front is forecast to push across south central Texas tonight and Monday. There is abundant tropical moisture in place that could result in episodes of heavy rain leading to localized flooding.
