The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will

...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM CDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible. Up to 2 inches of additional rain is possible through 2
  AM CDT Wednesday.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
  counties, Bandera, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney,
  Llano, Medina, Real and Uvalde.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Any heavy rains over 1 inch falling in a short time will
    rapidly turn to run-off over saturated soils.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
