At 223 AM CDT, Doppler radar shows the heaviest rains along the Kinney and Uvalde counties associated with the stronger storms. MRMS is showing up to 3 inches over these areas the past three hours. Several rain gauges around those locations range from 1.73 to 2.08 inches. The heavy rain continues and could lead to flooding. Stay away from flooded areas. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
