Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated up to 3.4 inches have fallen. The heaviest rains were in the Lytle, Somerset, and Lacoste areas, as well as the Government Canyon to Scenic Oaks area, This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.1 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Antonio, Devine, Castroville, Charlotte, Leon Valley, Helotes, Lytle, Somerset, Natalia, Lacoste, Moore, Pearson, Noonan, Bigfoot, Bader, Schattel, Rio Medina, Lackland AFB, Sea World and Cliff. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
