...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  San Antonio River near Floresville affecting Karnes and Wilson
  Counties.

  San Antonio River at Hwy 72 near Runge affecting Goliad and
  Karnes Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued late tonight at 245 AM CDT.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...San Antonio River near Floresville.

* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 30.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 AM CDT Saturday was 30.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this afternoon and continue falling to 5.1 feet Thursday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    30.1 feet on 08/23/2016.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO LATE TOMORROW
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...San Antonio River at Hwy 72 near Runge.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Minor flooding of farmland occurs in
  lowest portions of the floodplain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 24.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
    afternoon to 27.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below
    flood stage late this evening to 11.8 feet early Wednesday
    morning. It will rise to 11.9 feet Wednesday morning. It will
    then fall again and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
  - Flood History...No available flood history.
