Dry and warm conditions are expected this afternoon with winds below
10 mph. Minimum relative humidity values above 30 percent are
expected for most, though areas along the Rio Grande could drop into
the 25 to 30 percent range. Dry and warm weather is forecast across
South Central Texas through Friday. Afternoon humidities decrease
until Thursday before trending up to end the week. Minimum
relative humidity values Thursday may reach below 20 to 30 percent
for most of the area as a ridge strengthens overhead. Weak
northerly winds continue through about Wednesday, transitioning to
a weak southerly flow to end the week.
