.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions prevail across South Central Texas for the week. A
slight increase in moisture Monday through Wednesday supports
chances for spotty showers, but overall chances for wetting rains
are low. Minimum relative humidity values during this marginally
more moist period range from 35 to 50 percent. A slightly more
northward aspect to the wind Thursday onwards will lead to drier
conditions and allow minimum RH values to drop to 25 to 35 percent
for most. Winds remain light and generally from the east with 20
ft winds holding below 10 mph for most of the area.
