.DISCUSSION...
Low chances of rain lingering along and east of Interstate 35 today
through Monday become confined near the Coastal Plains Tuesday and
Wednesday, then spread back west Thursday. Wetting rains are
expected to be isolated at least for the first half of next week.
Temperatures have quickly rebounded to seasonable to slightly above
average levels, and seasonable warmth should continue through at
least midweek. Moist southerly flow is expected to maintain minimum
relative humidities above 40 percent for the Hill Country eastward.
However, building high pressure could bring minimum relative
humidity values in the 25 to 30 percent range for areas along the
Rio Grande Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon, along with 10 to 15 mph
southerly winds.
