Dry weather continues through Monday with afternoon RH minimums
mainly 30 to 40 percent each day. Most winds will be below 10 mph
through Monday with near 10 mph winds only around Val Verde County.
Little to no rain is forecast through Monday, but moisture will
gradually trend upward as the long-lived upper ridge over Texas
finally weekends. Relative humidity will be mostly above 40%
Tuesday through the rest of the week, with chances for widespread
wetting rain accompanying the first Pacific cold front of the
season during the mid to late week period.
