.DISCUSSION...
There will be a very low chance for thunderstorms over the
Coastal Plains this afternoon, but any wetting rains will remain
very localized. Dry weather will move in for Tuesday and
Wednesday. Temperatures over the Rio Grande will climb to near 100
and drop relative humidity below 30% each afternoon. A weak upper
level disturbance will bring more low chances for wetting rain to
areas mainly along and east of I-35 each afternoon Thursday
through Saturday. Rain chances do return to most areas on Sunday
and Monday, but generally remain low.
