.DISCUSSION...
Southerly flow continues tonight into Wednesday before a cold
front moves across the region during the daytime hours. Some gusty
north winds will develop behind the front as afternoon humidity
levels drop to 25 to 30 percent over the southern Edwards Plateau
and Hill Country. South winds return Thursday and remain intact
through Saturday. An increase in moisture and another cold front
on Sunday could bring a few showers to the Rio Grande plains
mainly south of Del Rio as the front moves through. An increase in
cloud cover is anticipated early next week as some low rain
chances remain in the forecast mainly along and east of I-35.
