.DISCUSSION...
A disturbance interacting with moist air is producing scattered
rains this morning over the Rio Grande Plains northward to the
southern Edwards Plateau and Hill Country into the I-35 corridor,
with locally heavy rain possible. Rain chances are expected to taper
today into Wednesday. Mostly dry conditions are forecast from mid
week to the end of the forecast period along with a slight increase
in temperatures. Minimum relative humidities are forecast to remain
above 30 percent through the week. South-southeasterly winds
prevail through the foreacst period with little to no fire weather
concerns anticipated.
