.DISCUSSION...
Above normal temperatures and dry weather continue this weekend.
Daytime mixing will allow for relative humidities to fall below
30% across the Rio Grande Plains each afternoon through Monday.
Winds will average 10 to 15 mph with higher gusts, especially
during the daytime hours, except maybe a little stronger across
Val Verde County. Chances of wetting rains will spread across the
area as the week progresses. They will return to the Coastal
Plains on Sunday, I-35 corridor on Monday into Tuesday, and the
Hill Country and Rio Grande Plains on Wednesday into Thursday.
