.DISCUSSION...
Southerly lower level flow will allow for higher minimum relative
humidities during the afternoons with good recovery at night for
the remainder of the week through the weekend. Minimum humidities
rise above 25 percent on Wednesday and above 30 to 40 percent
Thursday through Sunday. In spite of the higher humidities, gusty
afternoon winds and drier fuels may result in locally elevated
fire weather conditions. A Pacific front or dryline will enter the
Edwards Plateau and portions of the Hill Country and Rio Grande
Plains on Monday lowering minimum humidities to less than 30
percent across those areas. However, winds will be less than 10
mph. There are low chances of rain this weekend into next week
with only spotty wetting rains possible.
