.DISCUSSION...
A persistent southerly flow into at least Wednesday of next week
provides increased humidity levels and strong overnight moisture
recovery across South Central Texas. An exception is across the
rural areas of the Southern Edwards Plateau this afternoon where
humidity falls below 30 percent. The 20 ft winds, however, will
remain light across this area at 5 kts or less. Wetting rain and
thunderstorm chances return mid to late week with a slow moving
upper level storm and frontal system approaches from the west.
Slightly cooler and drier air arrives behind the front before
uncertainties grow through the weekend pending any secondary
weather system.
