.DISCUSSION...
Sunny, dry, and warm conditions continue through Friday as high
pressure builds over South Central Texas. Minimum relative
humidities this afternoon in the 20 to 30 percent range are expected
over most of South Central Texas with the driest conditions over the
Rio Grande Plains and San Antonio area, accompanied by weak north
winds under 10 mph. Thursday is expected to be the driest day of the
week with more widespread minimum RH values closer to 20 percent. A
weak southerly flow reestablishes Thursday and persist to Friday.
Rain chances return this weekend and early next week with the return
of a more humid airmass.
