.DISCUSSION...
Rain chances today and Thursday will continue mainly for areas
along and east of the Interstate 35 corridor. While wetting rains
will be favored over the coastal plains, there will be some spotty
wetting rains near the I-35 corridor. Rain chances generally
remain confined to the coastal plains through the remainder of
this week and into early next week as temperatures slowly trend
upward. Minimum relative humidities will generally remain above
30%. However, readings may briefly dip into the upper 20s along
the Rio Grande, at times. Southerly to southeasterly winds will
prevail with breezy and gusty conditions during the daytime into
evening hours each day.
